Had a fantastic day yesterday exploring Werekata NP, naer Cessnock and also Walka Water Works, near Maitland. My goal for the day was to see Regent Honeyeaters, which I did. Had some great 'behaviour' moments too including finding Spotted Pardalotes at their nests and a Musk Duck doing his mating routine...way cool to see and I feel lucky (no pun) to have seen it.
