Very little time to take bird photos lately as the weather has been dodgy to say the least. Even so, life still goes on for the local birds and in the case of the Red-capped Plovers new life is constantly being created.
The red-caps are busy with territory claiming, protecting and nest building. The males are chasing each other around and if you look carefully you will see several little ones discovering the big world that they are now a part of.
