After 27 hours of knot tying I finally finished my DIY ghille (yowie, for the aussies) poncho. While the photo doesn't show it fitting in with the backyard enviroment I am hoping that the randomness of the colour pattern will allow me some camouflage in a variety of habitats.
It still has a few tweaks and additions to be added to it but it'll still get a run on Sunday morning as I try to bag some shots of Mangrove Gerygones.
